Consequently, we maintain an active, unyielding, and zero-tolerance policy against the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) within the tourism sector, strictly adhering to Peruvian Law No. 29408 and international child protection frameworks.

Our Core Safeguards:

Zero Tolerance: We vigorously reject and condemn any activity, behavior, or facilitation that compromises the physical, psychological, or sexual integrity of minors.
Strict Operational Screening: We enforce the mandatory legal identification of all minors traveling under our logistics, verifying official passports, documentation, and formal parental or guardian authorizations prior to the execution of any service.
Trained Professional Staff: Our corporate office team, professional tour guides, drivers, and hospitality partners are fully trained to recognize risk indicators and deploy immediate safety protocols.
Active Reporting: We do not tolerate silence. Upon detecting any suspicious activity or evident violation of a minor’s rights, our team is legally bound to instantly report the event to the National Police of Peru (PNP) and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
