Our Booking Policy (2-Step Payment):

Step 1: The Initial Deposit (50%)

A 50% pre-payment is required to immediately secure your Machu Picchu tickets, trains, and hotels. (A standard international processing fee of approx. 6% applies).

⚠️ Legal Notice Regarding Tickets: In accordance with the Peruvian Ministry of Culture regulations, Machu Picchu entrance tickets and train passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable (no name or date changes allowed) once purchased.

Step 2: The Final Balance in Cusco (50%)

The remaining balance must be paid upon your arrival in Cusco.

Recommended payment: Strictly 100% in cash (USD or Peruvian Soles). No additional fees apply.

Credit Cards in Cusco: Subject to a 10% administrative fee due to local bank taxes. We strongly encourage you to bring cash to avoid this!
