In accordance with Peruvian legislation, the personal data you provide will be securely incorporated and stored in the personal data registry named “Clientes” (Clients), owned and maintained by Inti Adventure Travel E.I.R.L, which is duly registered (or in the process of registration) with the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data.
- Personal Data We Collect
To provide you with an exclusive concierge service and seamlessly orchestrate your high-end journey, we collect your information in two distinct stages:
A. Prior to Booking (Planning Stage):
Identification & Contact Details: Full name, email address, phone number, and/or WhatsApp.
Logistical & Travel Preferences: Destination choices, travel dates, passenger count, and the specific documentation required to issue domestic airline tickets, train services (to Machu Picchu, Puno, among other destinations), as well as admission tickets to Machu Picchu and the various archaeological circuits included in your itinerary.
B. Upon Your Arrival in Peru:
Official Travel Documentation: A digital or physical copy of your valid passport.
Migration Records: Your official date of entry into Peruvian territory and proof of your non-resident tourist status (entry stamp or the Virtual Andean Migration Card – TAM Virtual).
- Mandatory or Voluntary Nature of Information
Providing your personal and travel data is entirely voluntary. However, should you choose not to provide the requested information, Inti Adventure Travel E.I.R.L will be legally and logistically unable to secure your tourist tickets, airfare, or train reservations, and cannot finalize your customized travel arrangements.
Furthermore, providing a copy of your passport and official migration records upon arrival is mandatory to qualify for local tax exemption benefits.
- Purpose of Data Processing
The personal data collected will be used solely and exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:
– To design, quote, and customize your bespoke Peruvian travel itineraries (bespoke journeys).
– To process and secure advance reservations for luxury accommodations, domestic flights, trains, and admission tickets to archaeological landmarks.
– Tax Compliance and IGV (Sales Tax) Exemption: We will use your passport copy and entry data to report to the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) and the respective lodging establishments. This is done exclusively to process the 18% General Sales Tax (IGV) exemption applicable to non-resident foreign tourists under Peruvian law (Legislative Decree N° 919). For Peruvian citizens or resident foreigners who do not qualify for this exemption, this data will ensure the correct application of local tax obligations.
– To provide you with VIP concierge attention, assistance, and immediate support before, during, and after your journey through Peru.
Confidentiality Guarantee: Inti Adventure Travel E.I.R.L does not sell, lease, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or unsolicited advertising purposes.

To properly execute and issue your contracted luxury services, your data will be shared confidentially and only as strictly necessary with Peruvian government entities (such as the Ministry of Culture for Machu Picchu admissions) and our elite strategic partners (luxury hotels, domestic airlines, train operators like PeruRail or Inca Rail, and private transportation providers). All our commercial partners are bound by rigorous data protection and confidentiality agreements.
- Storage, Security, and Data Retention
Your data and documents (including passport copies) are stored on secure servers and protected digital environments using advanced technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. Information will be retained for the duration of our business relationship and, subsequently, for the period required by Peruvian tax and legal regulations for the auditing of tourism services.
